Group travel from Wimbledon
For two weeks each summer Wimbledon becomes a different place to drive. Roads around Church Road close or crawl, parking restrictions extend, and a journey that takes fifteen minutes in May takes fifty in July. Bookings during the Championships get a dedicated pick-up point and a longer time allowance as standard.
Outside the tennis, the Village drives most of the work. Weddings, private parties and restaurant groups on the Hill, nearly all of which need guests moved rather than a couple driven.
Corporate hospitality is the third strand, and it usually means holding a vehicle for a full day rather than running separate transfers. Our executive cars cover the smaller end of that.

Where we pick up in Wimbledon
Outside the Championships, Wimbledon station pick-ups happen on Alexandra Road. In the Village we use Lancaster Road. During the Championships we set a point well clear of the Church Road cordon and confirm it in writing before the day, because the usual spots will not be available.

Can you collect during the Championships?
Yes, from an agreed point clear of the Church Road cordon. We confirm the location in writing beforehand and allow extra journey time, because the usual pick-up spots are not available.
How much extra time should I allow in tennis fortnight?
We build in roughly double the normal allowance for journeys through SW19 during the Championships. It is better to wait five minutes than miss a flight.
Do you do Village weddings?
Frequently. Most work best as a shuttle loop between the venue and guest accommodation, planned around your timings.
Can we hold a vehicle for a full day?
Yes. Day hire with a driver keeps the same vehicle with you throughout, which for hospitality is both cheaper and simpler than separate transfers.
